What exactly constitutes good visual design (aka interface design or presentation design).
ii)Visual Design: Planning how your web site will look.
-What colours will look good together on your courseware?
-What fonts or styles you will use for the written part of your courseware?
-What graphics and multimedia effects are needed?
-How will all of these elements be combined or arrange into an attractive layout?
Element of the user interface is a background that reflect the theme (colors or images). Foreground elements that reflect the theme such as Content and links ( title,heading,sub heading,body text,illustration,caption) and other elements that support the theme is text,images,buttons,navigation bars,animation,video etc.
Critical task of Visual Design is :
-Define the visual theme and style
-Design a system of screen layouts
-Create the structural elements of each screen (background, windows, etc)
-Create the control elements
-Integrate the media elements
-Create PROTOTYPE Screens

ii)Windows and Panel
iii) Buttons and Controls
